Agricultural Industry means the enterprise or activity centered on the processing, packaging or storage of agricultural products. These products are typically grown or produced on an associated land unit

Agricultural inputs means resources used in production, including seeds, fertilizers, manures, pesticides, veterinary products, equipment, and other necessary supplies.

Agricultural Packaging means enclosing, preserving and preparing farm products for sale and final use.

Agricultural Practices means all farming activities for the production or cultivation of agricultural products

Aided College means a learning institution receiving recurring financial support from a [government entity

Aided School means a recognized private school that receives financial aid, in form of grants or loans, from [authority] to cover operational expenses

an AIF Investor that acquires control, within the meaning of Regulation 36 of the AIFM Regulations or the equivalent in another relevant EEA state, of a Group Company;

an Investor that is an AIF (Alternative Investment Fund) within the meaning of the AIFM Directive, and which has an AIFM;

an AIFM (Alternative Investment Fund Manager) within the meaning of the AIFM Directive, which is subject to Part 5 of the AIFM Regulations, or the equivalent in another relevant EEA state;
