Go-Live Date means the date services meet agreed functional, technical and security requirements and are first used by a user.

Good Character means the absence of a history of dishonest or criminal acts and the presence of moral benchmarks pertinent to professional duties and public wellbeing

Good housekeeping practices means standard activities that mitigate pollutant release, integrating waste management and safety training.

using standards, practices, methods and procedures conforming to the law and exercising that degree of skill and care, diligence, prudence and foresight which would reasonably and ordinarily be expected from the Mutual with its level of experience in the Services;

a person who ceases to be an Employee at any time during the Relevant Period and who is not a Bad Leaver and shall include, without limitation, when the Board (including Investor Director Consent) determines that a person is not a Bad Leaver;

Good Quality means having the essential properties to meet required standards or specific needs, being efficient, effective, and appropriate.

Goods Vehicle means a motor vehicle, including trailers and articulated types, designed or modified for transporting any kind of load.

Good Title means legal, uncontested ownership, free from encumbrances except those permitted, and not causing dispute risk
