Community-based means a program, service, or facility located near an individual's home and involving community participation.

Community-Based Organization (CBO) means a nonprofit, private or public entity representative of and serving a specific community

Community Contribution means providing fixed charges or voluntary support to civic organizations and community activities, excluding charitable donations

Community Facility means a place providing development or welfare services to a community

Community Outreach means identifying and engaging hard-to-reach individuals for assessment and treatment services.
