Gross Written Premium means the total premium recorded, excluding cancellations, refunds, commissions, and surcharges

the Company and its Subsidiary Undertaking(s) (if any) from time to time and "Group Company" shall be construed accordingly;

Group Activity means any organized event involving multiple participants, open for public membership and related to sports, culture, or arts.

in relation to each party, the party itself, its subsidiaries, any holding company or parent company of the party and any subsidiary of any such holding company or parent company as such terms are defined in section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006; and

any undertaking which is, on or after the date of this Agreement from time to time, a subsidiary undertaking of the Company, a parent undertaking of the Company or a subsidiary undertaking of a parent undertaking of the Company, as those terms are defined in section 258 of the Companies Act 1985;

Guest Lecturer means the individual ending their teaching relationship with the [organization]

Handheld Device means a portable, mobile electronic tool primarily used for communication, data storage, parking regulation or vehicle computer alterations

Handling Fee means an additional fixed or variable cost charged for the administration, processing and/or delivery of services or products

Hardware Support means on-site, technical services to rectify hardware issues and ongoing maintenance for [organization's] equipment.
